1. Credit Note (No Refund Policy)

Gaianya Designs follows a strict No Refund Policy.

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected, a Credit Note equal to the product value will be issued.
The Credit Note can be used for future purchases on our website.

Credit Note Terms:

Valid for 60 Days from the date of issue.
Non-transferable.
Non-refundable.
Cannot be exchanged for cash.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

Customized or personalized products.
Altered or modified products.
Products damaged due to customer misuse.
Products returned without original tags or packaging.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are required to return the product to Gaianya Designs at their own expense. We recommend using a reliable courier service with shipment tracking. If needed, we can arrange a pickup on request, with applicable charges to be borne by the customer. Pickup fees may vary depending on the location.

4. Return Approval Conditions

A return request may be rejected if:

The product has been used, washed, or damaged.
Original tags or packaging are missing.
The return request is submitted after 48 hours of delivery.
The product does not satisfy the conditions mentioned in this policy.

The final decision regarding return approval rests with Gaianya Designs.

5. Wrong or Defective Product

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product:

Please share a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
The video should clearly show the sealed package being opened and the condition of the product.
Once verified by our team, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policy.

Claims made without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
