All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
In case of high order volume, product availability issues, or unforeseen delays, order processing may take slightly longer. If this happens, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery time is 6–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier partner availability, and unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your shipment confirmation and tracking details (where applicable).

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment.

4. Tracking Your Order

While Gaianya Designs strives to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, natural disasters, courier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
